OUR MISSION

With over 30 years of experience, Spiga is a global business advisory firm with a presence across Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Panama. Spiga focuses on small to medium sized private or public companies, governments/government entities, non-governmental organizations and not-for-profits, providing impactful consulting services at every level of their organization where required to help it reach its goals. The company’s role can vary and include side by side advisory to senior executives or involvement with front line staff. For each engagement, clients receive the most qualified, experienced and knowledgeable team of advisors.

OUR APPROACH
Approach

Spiga’s approach focuses on the provision of consulting services, be they managerial or financial in nature or both, to small and medium enterprise (SMEs).  All of our services look to seek the root of a client's condition, determining the "Why" before assessing, recommending or facilitating the "How". As Spiga’s mission is to improve the client’s condition, we thus move away from the transactional and towards the Conceptual Approach. This approach focuses on three key aspects, OBJECTIVES, where Spiga develops a trusting relationship with the client and delineate clear objectives through in depth discussion; MEASURES OF SUCCESS, where clear and mutually agreed on quantitative and qualitative milestones of success are established and measured transparently for progress; and VALUE, where we relentlessly question the value of the project until arriving at the final business impact of said project. The impact of any given project will help determine joint priorities, scope, and resources to be committed.
